Disclaimers:
Any and all
balances are subject to late fees. Late fee policy $15.00 late fee applies
to any and all weekly and/or payment fee schedule if full balances are
not received on or before agree upon due date.
Any
and all balances carried forth after the close of the summer school
session are subject to a $50.00 accounting fee. Transcripts and credits
will not be released to the home school if any balances remain after
August 5th.
Payment

Excused
and Unexcused Absentee Fee $30 fee per day. Course hours must also
be made up if an absence occurs for any/all reasons. Transcripts and
Credits will not be released if the course hours are not completed
upon return to school and/or before the close of the summer school
session.
Dress
code violation policy $5.00 for first occurrence. Violation fees will
increase for subsequent and repeated offenses of the same violation.
Violation penalty is subject to change upon discretion of summer school
director. Dress code violations are also subject to late fees of $15.00
if not paid in accordance with fee schedule.
Students
will be assessed fees for the following school violations that will
be set upon discretion of the Director.
Violation of school Rules. Violation of Federal or State Laws. Persistent
Violations, etc.

Refusal to Identify and Comply(fees are subject upon discretion of

Disorderly Conduct (fees are subject upon discretion of the Director)
Illegal or Unauthorized Possession or Use of Weapons (cause for dismissal
or withholding of transcript/credits)
Illegal or Unauthorized Possession or Use of Drugs or Alcohol (cause
for dismissal or withholding of transcript/credits)
Theft, Property Damage, and Vandalism (cause for dismissal or withholding
of transcript/credits)
Disruptive Behavior (cause for dismissal or withholding of transcript/credits)
Leaving
School Grounds (Mandatory $30 fee subject to change upon discretion
of the Director.)
The

Students must maintain proper discipline and decorum. Any student
failing to comply with St. Patrick Summer Evening Academy's course
requirements regarding dress code, classroom conduct or standards
of behavior will be in jeopardy of losing their credit and may be
asked to leave. There are no refunds. It is the discretion of the
Director of Garden State Summer Academy as to what behaviors and standards
are considered unruly or unacceptable. Therefore in an effort to maintain
standards regarding behavior and conduct, Fines and fees will apply
if the standards are not meet in accordance with St. Patrick summer
Evening Academy code of conduct.
Students will
be assessed fees for the following school violations
Violation of school Rules.
Violation of rules means engaging in conduct that violates school
or departmental regulations that have been posted, publicized, or
verbally instructed including provisions contained in contracts with
students
Violation of
Federal or State Laws.
Violation of federal or state laws means engaging in conduct that
violates a federal or state law, including, but not limited to, laws
governing alcoholic beverages, drugs, gambling, sex offenses, indecent
conduct, or arson.
Persistent
Violations.
A persistent violation means engaging in repeated conduct or action
in violation of this Code.

Disruptive Behavior
The following
sanctions may be imposed upon students or student organizations found
to have violated the Code of Conduct of Garden State Summer Evening
Academy:
Verbal Warning/Unlimited Fines-Imposed per the discretion of the
Director.
Probation.
Probation means special status with conditions imposed for a defined
period of time and includes the probability of more severe disciplinary
actions.
Confiscation
Confiscation means confiscation of goods used or possessed in violation
of St. Patrick Summer Evening academy regulations or confiscation
of falsified identification or identification wrongly used.
Restitution
Restitution means making compensation for loss, injury, or damage.
Suspension
Expulsion
Expulsion means the permanent separation of the student from St. Patrick
Summer Evening Academy. Withholding of Transcripts or Report Card
without refund. |
